I could be wrong, but I also think BIAB was 16 bit at v10, so it's not going to work at all in a 64 bit OS.

One thing you can try, which should work, is to install XP Mode on Windows 7, if you haven't already (assuming XP Mode is still available) and then run BIAB 10 in an XP virtual machine. XP should be able to run 16 bit apps. Just don't install the Roland VSC-3 Sound Canvas, which won't work on XP.
