Soundcloud has been behaving differently for me these days. It might be this that you are experiencing.
In the past, Soundcloud would show the gradual upload of the file with a blue line that moved left-to-right across the screen. Then, when the upload was finished, an orange line appeared that showed Soundcloud processing the file. Once that was done, I would click on SAVE and all would be done.
These days, as soon as I start to upload my file, the blue line moves right across the screen as if the upload is finished. It isn't though. The file is still uploading. In other words, the blue indicator no longer shows the gradual progress of the upload. Because the file is still uploading, if you wait for a few minutes (depending on internet speed, etc.), eventually the file will upload and it will be processed as before.
