It's been done. I have done it for people, but it does involve some time, since 'killer track' is one thing in one person's eyes, and something else to another. So sending things back and forth, making adjustments, etc., can take a bit. I know others here have done it also. When you say a 'chart' do you mean a BiaB file, or a set of chords with a style? Is there a working example of what you are looking for? Sometimes it comes down to a combination of Realtracks and a few musician recorded tracks to get exactly what you want, so budget and time constraints can come into play.. I am NOT an advanced skills guy in BiaB. Many people here much more advanced with that than I am. Probably qualify in RB though. 
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
