That information helps - this would be caused by running Band-in-Box on a case sensitive system.

If you happen to be running Band-in-a-Box from a network share, use smb protocol rather than afp and that should resolve it.

Otherwise, confirm this is what the problem is - select the drive icon on your desktop that Band-in-a-Box is on, and select File | Get Info. This will tell you what the file system is. Disk Utility does let you format drives with case sensitivity, even though it's not the default...
