No idea what I did. I've been working on a lot of tracks up in my office saving the songs to the audiophile drive when taking them downstairs to the studio to work on them further. One of them I clicked on the style and selected brows styles with info. Nothing came up! I went down and I rebuilt to no avail. I'm sure I did something stupid. Anybody know what that might be?
I also installed the program on the studio computer downstairs. I forget what I do to make the icon show up on the desktop.

Firstly, try a Return to Factory Settings from the Options menu
Secondly, go to Options > Preferences > RealDrums and check that the RealDrums folder is pointing to your audiophile drive.
Repeat for RealTracks

Hey Video, thank you! You know how it is when your car is making a funny noise everywhere except you take it to the mechanic shop? I turned everything on all ready to apply to your solution and everything was working properly. Damn Gremlins  WSS

As another member recently indicated, that Return to factory settings can take away a world of pain.

Thanks for letting us know.
As another member recently indicated, that Return to factory settings can take away a world of pain. Thanx My concern, and it well may be unfounded is that I keep my own personal songs in a folder I made on the audiophile drive so I can use multiple computers in my house. I would fear that that folder would be erased if I went to factory settings, you think? WSS

No, I think you're safe; I don't believe RTFS deletes anything like that. It deletes a few ini-type files BIAB recreates if they are not present.
But obviously your custom folder is one to back up regularly anyway.

I agree with Matt. Return to factory should not delete/remove any folders or files that you have added.
Back the folder up first (e.g. to a removable USB thumb drive). You need to manage backups of your own files in some way, shape or form anyway.
