Is there a way you can redo your midi file so each 6/8 bar is written as two bars of 3/4? Band-in-a-Box only understands 3/4 and 4/4. Other time signatures like 6/8 or 12/8 are derived from 3/4. One bar of 6/8 can be counted as 6/8 over two bars. Sometimes the choices are "it can print out correctly" or "it can sound correct" but it seems rare when both happen.
