Hello, 'jpt x 3' laugh !!!

You know what was the first thought that occurred to me while listening to Let's Make Love ??? That it had an 'innocent' sound, meaning that the feelings and sentiments expressed in your lyrics were refreshing, void of associations to the more carnal, or physical aspects of making love. The song could be a selection for a high school prom -- it's that simply romantic. The way you sang it was charmingly straightforward.

And the lyrics ??? Well, they were just as cute as they could be:

"Hold me close now, hold me tight
Right on through this summer night"

Those two lines possess a quality that could be described as 'dreamy', as they express the simple, yet rapturous pleasures of two people being smitten with each other. I could hear 'Paul and Paula', an early 60's boy-girl singing duo, crooning the song to teenagers dancers at a high school gym.

It's lovely song, really, a very nostalgic thing to listen to.
