I joined an Inktober group that was run by one of my friends from February Album Writing Month. Challenge was to make an ink drawing every day for the month of October. I 'drew' in Sketchbook on my newly acquired iPad 6th gen and my iPhone 6S in the same app. Very satisfying. While I thought there might be some frustration, it was very relaxing and engaging and made me happy I bought the iPad.
First time I really gave a concerted effort at visual arts since about 1981, the last art class I was in, but that was forced, not for pleasure.
I enjoyed it so much that I've asked for a pressure and tilt-sensitive stylus for Christmas from my wife and kids. normally I ask for some type of small music gear/enjoyment thing.
I'll put my faves from October into a shareable google drive if anyone is interested.
