Pretty good deal, the upgrade is normally $249. The editor version allows you to edit polyphonic audio, piano, guitar chords etc. "Edit individual notes within chords: pitch, timing, volume, tone color"
Offer is good until the end of the year.

Thanks Dave. This is a great deal folks!
I have the Editor already and it is an awesome tool. One cool trick I have used it for was to fix a bad snare track. I imported the .WAV of the snare and converted it to MIDI in Melodyne. I then mixed in a nice Superior Drummer 3 snare sound to play with the bad snare in my DAW. Worked flawlessly.
I also love it's ability to pitch correct vocals in a way as not to make it obvious it's been used.

This is how I ended up with Editor a couple of years ago. A sale like this came along and I grabbed it. I haven't looked back since It's well worth taking advantage of the deal if you can.
