I don't recall this exact question being asked before, and I couldn't find anything in the FAQ section, so follow Noel's advice. I suspect PG Music might give you instructions that will include transferring all software and manuals to the new owner, and that you can no longer use it, but check with the company.

Also, be aware each version of BIAB (since 2017 or so) comes with three activations. You can deactivate BIAB on a specific machine, so you could activate it on another. Find this is under Help, Activate.
