How do I transfer my license to another person?

I don't recall this exact question being asked before, and I couldn't find anything in the FAQ section, so follow Noel's advice. I suspect PG Music might give you instructions that will include transferring all software and manuals to the new owner, and that you can no longer use it, but check with the company.
Also, be aware each version of BIAB (since 2017 or so) comes with three activations. You can deactivate BIAB on a specific machine, so you could activate it on another. Find this is under Help, Activate.

Find this is under Help, Activate. Matt would agree of course that the purpose of multiple activations is not so the program can be shared with multiple different users. The program is licensed to one specific customer only.

Yes, as clarified by Matt, you would have to transfer entire ownership to another party. I think PG Music would need to know that as well for their records.
(And of course, we are only issued with a license to use their product)

Actually, none of the documentation says it is for one user. It only speaks to 3 instances / licences per purchase. It doesn't cover, for instance, one user/ purchaser with 2 computers who lends one of them to a friend. I think writing a licence agreement that covers all the possibilities will be difficult. They might be better served to stay with 3 licences per purchase for the few instances where sharing may be happening

Reasonable points Dave, and that's why I think that PG Music should be involved. It is their product and they are the only ones who can actually clarify the legalities of license transfer. As mentioned, this is new area for many of us (well, me, certainly).
