Go to the DX FX window where you load the normal plugins.
Scroll down the plugin list to the bottom where you will find 'Add DX effect' (or maybe it says VST)
Add the effect by browsing to the file location for the dll or ax file.
Only has to be done once, then PT will remember where it is as long as you don't move the file.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
