Hallo zusammen,
aus unerklärlichen Gründen war BiaB 2017 von meinem PC verschwunden (Realband war noch da). Jedenfalls habe ich neu installiert und erhalte nun beim Start von BiaB folgende Meldung:
"Es wurde im Aktuellen Drums Verzeichnis keine RealDrums gefunden (C:\bb\Drums). Das Verzeichnis ist wahrscheinlich nicht korrekt erstellt. Stellen Sie dies bitte in den RD Voreinstellungen richtig."
Im Beisein unseres Familienguru wurde der (leere) Ordner Drums gelöscht und nochmals "kontrolliert" installiert. Danach war der leere Drums-Ordner wieder vorhanden (inkl. einer Textdatei). Die oben genannte Meldung ist auch wieder da.
Falls die Realdrums wonaders liegen, nach welcher Dateinamenerweiterung muss ich suchen? Oder wie bekomme ich sonst die Fehlermeldung weg...?

knifflig ... ich würde zwei, drei Dinge prüfen:
1) Ist evtl. unter Voreinstellungen – RealDrums ein anderes Verzeichnis oder ein anderer Verzeichnispfad eingestellt?
2) Hast Du beim Start von Band in a Box dem Programm Administratorrechte eingeräumt? BB2017 machte manchmal Probleme beim Schreiben auf Laufwerk C:\ wenn dem Programm keine Administratorrechte eingeräumt sind, zumindest beim ersten Start. Dazu einfach mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Programmicon klicken und dort auswählen "Als Administrator starten"
3) Lösche mal die Init-Datei von Band in Box "Optinonen" - "Auf Werkseinstellungen zurücksetzen" und starte dann neu.
VIelleicht kommst du mit einem der Dinge weiter.

Hallo Brille,
haben Pfadangaben und Einstellungen kontrolliert. Ist alles wie bei der Installtion vorgeschlagen. Die aktuellen Programm-Einstellungen stimmen damit überein.
Habe inzwischen von meinen ersten BiaB-CDs (2012) die Realkombos nachinstalliert. Jetzt ist in dem Drum-Ordner auch was drin und die Fehlermeldung ist weg. Aber...
Wollte nach der Installtion zu allererst ein vor zwei Jahren bearbeitetes Projekt nochmals ran nehmen und siehe da, der damals verwendete Style C_FINGER ist nicht mehr da.
Die heutige Intallation erfolgte mit der beim Kauf herunter geladenen Setup.exe. Eine Erklärung für die fehlenden Styles hat sich inzwischen auch ergeben. Bin drauf gekommen, dass es dafür eigene setup.exen gibt, die auf meinem Rechner "lagernd" sind.
