Hi Pedro This is a great question, and one that has been asked several times previously. One thing is that it will depend to a degree on the ability of your audio equipment to reproduce the additional quality of the Audiophile. One member created a graph from a spectrum analyzer that shows the additional dynamic range of the Audiophile version. WMA (compressed) on the left, WAV (Audiophile) on the right. You can view it here Some people say that they cannot tell the difference. My view is that I certainly can.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
