Does not work for me either. It appears we are being told NOT to run as admin. After all these years on being told to run as admin. However, now I can't find a way to run this any other way. Even when I disable the run as admin, it still does. Just one more feature which doesn't work! I can not turn off UAC. I have unchecked all "run as admin" in the shortcut but it still appears to need UAC to run. Even if I just open the exe file, UAC steps in asking me if I want to approve this program to make changes. I can only answer yes. If I answer no, it don't load BIAB.
