Just throwing this out there for anyone like me. I've used the 0$ down payment method the last few years but couldn't find it this time. I called and a very helpful young lady named Ember showed me how to find it. You have to first choose your payment method (Visa, MC, Amex, PayPal) and once you do that, you'll have the option to make a one-time payment via the option you chose or to divide it up into four payments. For some reason, it didn't seem very intuitive to me. Anyway, I hope maybe this helps someone.
