Hi John,

I'm not PG Music staff so I can only say what I would do in your circumstances.

Firstly if you still have BIAB version 2020 files on your computer, I imagine that these will need deleting because you have returned the product and, because of this, you will no longer have access to these files.

This is what I'd do in your situation. I am assuming that you installed BIAB onto your computer's internal hard drive.

1. Save any song files that you've created.

2. Make a backup of your current \bb folder and then delete the current installation of BIAB 2020. (If there's enough space, simply rename the \bb directory to \bb.2020 if you want to keep it for the moment.)

3. If the first purchase of BIAB was 2014, install this. Without knowing anything about how you upgraded (i.e. did you use the PlusPak option), I'll have to assume that full installations are required.

4. Now install each new version of BIAB that you purchased until you get back to 2018.

That should do the job.

Chances are that you probably won't need to re-activate the 2018 version. BIAB will let you know if you need to do this, though.

Hope this helps,
Noel
