They need another way of doing things so you can just set the time signature to whatever you like and not be limited by styles.
Record some tracks in different time signatures, if it's too hard getting Biab to do proper time signatures and proper tempo map then at least try and give these to the Plugin so it will follow the DAW and not Biab pseudo time signatures that don't sync with the DAW time signature.
