I purchased 2019 BIAB (MAC) about 4 days ago and I can't get it to play anything. On my fast external HD, I installed BIAB 2019 (Mac) + 15GB of Real Tracks that came with my purchase. When I call up a style in the style picker BIAB says the real tracks can't be round. I open preferences and make sure the directory path to my Real Tracks and Real Drums are pointing to the correct folders on my external drive. The problem persists!!! BIAB does not see the REAL TRACKS. Yesterday, I tried calling BIAB tech support for about 2 hours and not one time was I connected thru to tech support. Over and over again a voice mail message kept repeating that they were busy!!! HELP!!!
