OK - I think the problem is solved. I simply uninstalled the ASIO4ALL drivers and re-booted, leaving only the M-Audio drivers in place. When I next brought up BiaB, it popped up a screen where I chose the M-Audio drivers. Voila, everything works great. Thanks for the help.
