I see your new signature.

Did you try logging into your sales account, going to My Products and then downloading the EXE that contains Realtrack Set #335?

And then re-install that set?

Also, did you go into Realtrack picker (not Style picker) and run "Rebuild and Fix" down the bottom of the window, near the filter?

Lastly, have you installed update #709? If you re-installed the program, it will be set back to it's original purchase update.
