Good video. One thing I believe he did not mention is disabling of Speedstep in BIOS (use at your own risk) and dealing with brand specific thermal "solutions", that are pieces of software outside of windows general settings that suppress CPU muscle power in favor of balancing battery life, keeping system at certain temperature etc.
Tuning some of these actually helped me a lot.(Again, do your own research and use it at your own risk smile )
