BIAB does not make this easy because the program is not designed for this. How effective doing it in BIAB would be, I don't know. Below is what I'd try.

The way that I would do this is to use Piano Roll mode. I'm guessing that the MIDI file is on the Melody channel as a multitrack MIDI.

When in Piano Roll mode,

1. filter the display to show the required MIDI channel

2. select the range of notes that need to be moved by 30 ticks (which is a 1/16th note -- also called a semiquaver)

3. set snap to grid on with 1/16th note resolution (this may or may not be needed)

4. drag the notes to the correct position

The above said, I'd personally choose to fix the file in Realband or Reaper, save it as a new MIDI and then use the corrected MIDI in BIAB.
