Help! Tech S.O.S (Off topic)

Have problem with the BIAB 2019 DAW Vst3 plugin cubase.
I have cubase elements 8 on my laptop and cubase elements 10.5 on my PC. (win 10 on both)
Have the same issues on both.
I cant open files or save files in my Band-in-a-box vst3 plugin.
When i "save" or "save as" the plugin stop working - "There was a problem running Band-In-a-box. Please restart the plugin and try again".
The same thing if I try to open a file. (MGU or SGU)
Im clicking on the button FILE in the BIAB plugin.
But the plugin works well when doing anything else. Editing chords, load styles, play, generating and moving the channels to the DAW / Cubase - projekt.
I´ve also looked into the preferences. (file-button - preference) and all the paths seems to be ok. The "find foulders" also work.
The main BIAB works also well. No problem there to open and save files.
Plaease, anyone have a solution?
