As Bud said, you should export the track and it should generate including your latest changes including the Fx's. It will sound the same to what you hear playing the track within BIAB.

However, I tested several export methods and on my system, a Windows PC, first selecting the track from the upper track list and dragging the track into the WAV section of the DAW Dropbox exports the track dry, without effects. It seems to tap the track at a point prior to any effects being applied (printed) to the track. next, I recorded the audio export from my soundcard and it exported with effects. Finally, I exported a WAV file from the WAV button using the Export Song as Audio File and it exported with Fx's. For the test, I applied heavy reverb to the track.

So, you can export your tracks either way without having to change settings. Print (export) your track using the WAV button and choosing the Export Song as Audio File button and it should render with effects. Then, drag your track to the DAW Dropbox for a track without effects.

I had not paid attention to that difference prior to this question being asked. It's a really nice feature that tracks can easily be exported both with Fx's and no Fx's without having to change the Mixer settings.
