immersive jazz. The lady has a wonderful jazz voice and really good timing/phrasing. Head-bobbingly good. Hi Tangmo, Thanks a lot for listening and your kind comments. I think it was Tony Bennett who once said something like that if your vocal/singing doesn't stand out from other vocalists you will become part of the choir. I don't think Heidi is in the choir. Wow - I thoroughly enjoyed this one. It has a fantastic groove and I love how smooth it is. It flows like water, and the vocals are stunning here.

When the lyrics are added and sung with female vocal, it strikes a different place than before and gives a different splendor.
In any case, the rich jazz mood is comfortable.
Enjoyed my listen a lot.

Love Heidi’s vocal on this—nice tone and sits nicely in the mix; such soft accents. The intro was a bit long for me, but it’s a blues number and that’s an entirely subjective preference. Can definitely imaging myself sitting down in a cozy little blues bar listening to this number. Well done!
