Much more presence and seems to glue together better. I agree. It also sounds cleaner to me. I don't know if cleaner is the right word but I could hear everything much better in the new version. PS - Just before Christmas I was reviewing some of my backups and discovered that after I formatted my C drive I forgot to install EZMix. I since have installed it and I had forgotten about some of those good sounding presets!
I think my wife has started to show the first signs of dementia.
She said she can't remember what she ever saw in me!

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
