Got a new to me refurbed corei5 machine that runs nearly silent (lenovo ThinkCenter M series small footprint), with a pile of memory and it has replaced my corei3 laptop in the studio.

I've had my 2000's era WinXP box sitting around for at least the past 7 years collecting dust. I see that Creative Labs are STILL selling the SoundBlaster Live! Platium on Amazon for $139. Platinum edition is the one with the drive-bay connector panel - which was really cool when I had a corner computer desk with a corner shelf which put the drive bay right above desk level.

Is there anyone here interested in this? I'm about to put it up for sale on Facebook marketplace. It was put to good use in a smoke-free home studio. You are on your own for drivers. Creative doesn't look like they support it any longer even though they are selling them on Amazon.

It looks like the venerable KX Drivers (which lets you connect what you want via virtual wiring on screen) are still alive for Win10 from what I can tell.

Hit me up in a PM if you might have an interest.
