Hello,
Could you open your bb folder and confirm which build of 2019 you have there by right-clicking|properties on bbw.exe. Does the program open if you put the file safemode.txt in the bb->Preferences folder? 2019.0.0.644 is the file and product version. I son't know anything about a safemode.txt file. I have anti-virus software and will do some work with it today. Thanks, all.
