I have that plugin, I got it for free a while back. I used it on a couple of songs last year.
In my case I manually went in and used the midi editor in reaper to tell it what chords to play. I had no idea you could send a chord track from BIAB to it, but then what I know about midi you could write on the head of a pin and have space left over.
Should have known that Pipeline would find a way! I'll experiment with this soon, thanks!

So if you import the exported chord track midi to Melody track in BB, you Melody > Edit Melody Track > Transpose so the chords are within C6-C7 range. The notes below C6 are the keyswitch notes to select different patterns as in the animated gif above.
Here's a video using the chord track in Reaper to drive these Virtual Instruments. The fist track is the midi chord track with midi sends to the virtual instrument tracks, if "Chord Track Send to Virtual Instrument" is implemented it would work the same way in Biab by sending the BB Chord Output chords to the virtual instrument track rather than having to export it then import it, then all you need to add are your keyswitches. Also if we had DROP Import of MIDI we could drop the RealGuitar midi phrases directly into the Piano Roll (Drag n Drop Audio into the Audio Edit is now implemented and in 714 you can drop from the Biab Plugin in to the Audio track allowing you to bar by bar regeneration, though the vst sync issue still needs fixing).

Basically it creates a chord track, sends the midi from the chord track the the Virtual Instrument tracks, the Virtual Instrument tracks then have the keyswitch midi notes that will play particular patterns. So all the instruments are driven by the midi chord track.
