Hi ! I'm not much around this time, but still active in making music... wink Recently, we have a new option when it comes to download capacity here in the Philippines, when the internet provider finely come out with a "unlimited" download opption. SO I am no longer restricted to the former maximum of 800 mb a day.. Now, I have 65 gb each day if I like... wink

So, that means that I finely was able to download my Reason 10, that I purchased a year ago... So far so good. I am VERY satisfied with reason, for my kind of music work.

So now, with Reason 11, the option of have it as a VST for use in other DAW is finely here.
SO my question is;

1.Is it good as a VST in BIAB ? Can it be used as a default synth? Because, as a stand alone DAW, I am very satisfied with the way it works when I load a Midi track. It just load with a default synth, ID8, that respond to the instrument channels and patches. Well, not 100%, but enough to to get a good sounding result. Much better than what I have in BiaB as a default synth, imho.. Patches that ID8 it does not have, I can change with Kontakt instruments.... Much faster and simpler then in BiaB...

2. OR, is it better to use BiaB VST in Reason 10? to get use of the real tracks? I have till now never tried the Biab VST, so I have no idea... wink Just want some opinions about it.

BTW, IF, someone did not know; Reason 10, works in Demo mode, forever, with no other limitation then cannot save/render tracks to audio and load songs. BUT, can IMPORT midi and play it, and it can just be recorded in any other recording program, when playing it... Just take a little more time, as one need to play the whole track to save it...;) And, there is a MASSIVE amount of sounds there ! ! !

Forever Grateful, BUT, sometimes pissed of. wink
