Well, I've looked further and haven't been able to find anything better.
With this particular sound, the strings are very dominant. That's part of what makes it work. If you can play your own strings into the arrangement, you might come very close.
Alternatively, RealTracks #2406 Synth, Rhythm, JazzFunkPad Ev 110 might be a starting place.
