You can install ASIO4All then set the Audio driver to ASIO > ASIO4All.
You can set the midi bass track plugin to Sforzando and select a PG Bass.
Is the original song a cover song ? if so you can search for the song's midi file on the net.

These RealTracks includes “Soul Jazz” with Neil Swainson (bass), Mike Clark (drums), Charles Treadway (organ), Miles Black (piano), and Brent Mason (guitar).
