" I wanted to export all the tracks in one song to individual tracks..."

I misunderstood. You can import up to seven of a song's individual audio tracks into one BIAB project. There may be a few caveats that change the number of audio files to place in the Mixer as your project progresses.

. RealTracks, imported audio files, Midi or SuperMidi tracks and Performance Tracks can be mixed without issue.

. To use the Equalize Tempo feature, each song track will have to individually be equalized once it's imported into BIAB.

. If the imported tracks have different tempo's, the BIAB 'song' will not be in sync between the tracks unless the Equalizer Tempo sets them all the same.

. This works because although there's only one Audio Track, it can be used over and over again in a project.

. You are not limited to just seven tracks. If the song you want to import has 48 different tracks, there's a technique that provides the opportunity to continue to import audio tracks into the BIAB Project. You mix each batch of seven Mixer Channels and export as a WAV file and import that rendered audio WAV file back into the BIAB Audio Track as a bounced sub-mix which gives the opportunity of nearly an unlimited total number of tracks.

. To use the Audio Track again after it's been populated with audio, from the Audio Button at the top of the main screen, in the drop down menu and near the bottom of the list, select Move Audio to a Performance Track... You will be prompted to select another Mixer Channel to place the Performance Track on. The track you select will no longer function as a normal Mixer Channel and will contain the audio from the Audio Track. All seven Mixer Channels can be used to hold Performance Tracks. Once an audio file has been converted to a Performance Track and moved, the Audio Track is available to import and hold another audio clip. The Performance Track will not be available unless the Performance Track is removed.

. My point is the imported different song's tracks will become a mashup of one song merged together in the BIAB song (project) the same as with a DAW.

. I've also used this feature to import various audio clips to be placed in various bars of a single track in a BIAB project. It's been a while, but in the past I've used a combination of placing short multiple audio clips at various bars onto the Audio Track. For instance, place a two bar audio clip at bar 5, another at bar 12, another at bar 20 and so on. Normally after composing the track with multiple audio clips, I convert that audio track to a Performance Track and move it to another Mixer Channel. I haven't done that in a while and seem to recall at one time, there was an issue with dropping multiple audio tracks onto the Audio Track. You will need to test it. It's a very powerful and useful feature to me especially when I'm composing and experimenting. It's very fast in comparison to opening a DAW or RealBand and moving back and forth importing/exporting clips between the programs.

. Mixing and rendering these Performance Tracks and then importing them back on the Audio Track allows me to build a BIAB project of dozens of tracks onto the 7 available Mixer Channels.
