Greetings. Relative BIAB newbie here. I have 2 display monitors for my computer and it would be helpful if I could open the track view and mixer view simultaneously in separate windows. Is this possible, and if so, how?

This isn't possible at present - however, this is definitely a good idea and I'll put it forward to our developers.

If you ever think of something else you believe would make a good feature, let us know in the Wishlist Forum smile

This is a long time wish request to unbind the various RealBand windows from the main window.

I can't test where I am right now, but I think what Pipeline is showing above is that if you open the main RB window across multiple screens, then the sub-screens (windows/tiles, whatever you want to call them) inside of that enlarged form can be dragged/sized to fit however you want.

I've used this theory with other applications also.
Pipeline, correct me if I'm wrong.

/However, in his example, I'd close that piano section at the bottom if it were me.
//Too many octaves, ain't right, kinda makes me feel weird looking at that many keys (grin)
///How do you even tune a 14 octave piano?

This was a response from here https://www.pgmusic.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=576908

You need to watch using multimons as when you are not using the dialogs can open on the other monitor and get lost if the last time you were using multimons with the application.

Yeah, I've done that too .. open stuff and arrange windows, use a different system and now things have suddenly disappeared .. because they were on a second monitor that is no longer available.
It's very annoying at work; open apps, set up screens, then remote in later with different system .. more than once I've ended up with icons in the taskbar I couldn't resolve/access until I logged in from a different computer ..
caveats
Ain't just RB in this respect ..

FWIW, if you drag the 'main' RB window across both monitors, the 'sub-windows' will arrange/tile as expected.
The key is making the main RB window cover both monitors.
