Is there a better tutorial somewhere? I don't know which one you watched so far, but Sounds like you want to record the audio output from your keyboards. In either BiaB or RB this would be found in Options-Prefs .. and making sure your audio signal is (physically) getting from the keyboard to the computer interface.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
