A couple of suggestions:

I don't use PDF995, provided by PG Music along with BIAB, only because I used another solution before PDF995 was added. There have been a few recent posts about PDF995, so I suggest you try this: several of us use CutePDF, which you can download and install for free. Then, when you go to Print from your regular Print command in BIAB or any program, CutePDF appears as a choice of printer driver along with your regular HP, Brother, etc. printer.

If you aren't seeing all the characters in your music, that might indicate a different problem having to do with fonts. If you run BIAB from the supplied USB drive without installing it, you will not have the 7 or so PG fonts that you need. When you go into Notation Mode in BIAB, you won't see the notes. If that sounds like a possibility for you, then just run the installer from the USB drive and select the minimum install. Fonts and a couple of other files will be installed to your C: boot drive.
