1. you are using the Audiophile version so: If you are using MAC open the *.sfz with TextEdit and replace .wav with .aif if that's what you have, it should work with uncompressed aif if not use a wav file. 2. It's just using samples from the Hold file so it should be ok. 3. No idea !
