I was deeply saddened at the weekend to hear of the death of Joe Gordon. Joe had been a regular member of this forum for a number of years, and gave me some great advice on using biab and also on mixing tracks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YF2PxolUNs. Here's Joe with his wife Sally. They were a fabulous duo and Joe himself appeared on Scottish TV in the 60s on a show called the white heather club.

Joes' son Scott is WAY WAY better on accordion than I am and also plays drums and base guitar.
Joe had been ill for a few years and stopped playing completely a couple of years ago. He'd suffered 8 strokes and 4 heart attacks over the last few years and It's amazing he lasted as long as he did. A really lovely guy and It was an honor to have met him on here although sadly, I never did get to meet him.
