All worthwhile input, and of course absolutely no criticism is involved or directed, and I completely understand that this is simply for experimental purposes - but when I saw the G# chord with all those flats, I thought, yikes! how do I sight read that?  Same here. I was going to post a comment but Matt said exactly what I was going to say.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
