It's all about who owns the rights to it. Basically it's up to them to protest the song to YT. The covers you see up there just means nobody protested it (yet), other times I'm gone back to a link I had bookmarked and I get a big red display saying the vid is no longer available due to the rights owner telling them to take it down.

They also have rules about posting a certain amount of songs that get flagged, they'll cancel your account. I don't post so I can't give you all the details. Here on the forum PG uses YT as a filter. You can post a cover here if it's already on YT but if it's not no, can't post it here. PG feels if it's ok with YT then it's OK here.
