FWIW I just did a fresh W10 install a few weeks ago, and because I like a challenge I threw a new audio interface into the mix. Actually did it twice recently in two locations.
Everything works and much better than before.

Just make sure you do the clean re-install of BiaB to C: and make the logical selections in the options along the way (like where you want to store/run Realtracks from etc).
This will be different for everyone, but you've done it before so I assume you get how it works.

Long as you do at least the minimal install to C: drive BiaB seems fine .. at least on the new systems I've worked with
