I get the same issue if I use Whole song; it had no sound second time through.
*Note - this seems to occur ONLY with songs that started in BiaB. Songs created in RB loop back without any issue using the Entire Song setting..

Using Highlighted Region, and selecting all the tracks works fine with BiaB originated songs.

Edit:
Further experimentation seems to show that the problem occurs when the first time through hits the very end of the song (EOF or end of file).
If I make sure the loop doesn't get to the very end it plays fine .. but if I let it hit the end of the song, it loops back and plays with no sound. Even if I select just a tiny sliver before the end it works .. as long as it doesn't get to the very end.
Again, it seems to be only files that started in BiaB that have this limitation; it works as expected on other SEQ files here.

At least you know it's not just you.
