Thanks so much Graham - I just popped BG's original demo chords with ac & 12-str guitars into Logic and played my el guitar over the top a few times, this little tune somehow appeared! Added the piano and mandolin this morning and messed about with the end result - really chuffed you like it, keep taking the Vit C against 'the virus' and other nasties!!

Word 'celtic' always raises my interest, definitely has a very nice Celtic mood, beautiful melody in a beautiful chording - I can imagine that melody sung by a female singer... Very good playing, the mandolin adds another enjoyable layer.

Wow - stunning work on this. It flows gorgeously and has a haunting quality to it. Very lush, some fantastic chords, and very good playing. Thanks for sharing

Very well done, Carl. A beautiful melody played over the perfect blanket of supporting instruments. Man, the guitar is wonderful, but that mandolin really brings it to the next level.

Hi Marty, the el guitar sound is a combination of playing with my bare fingers (no pick) and going through a hand-wired valve amp - the mandolin of course was played with a pick, still getting to grips with the fast tremolo lines!

This is outstanding. Your mix was spot on, as were the backing tracks. But your guitar and mandolin took it over the top. You have mastered both instruments.
OK, a random thought;
Why does toilet paper need a commercial? Who's not buying it?

Very nice instrumental/song and performance on all the instruments. It has a touch of "House of Rising Sun" but then sound original as well....familiar & new.
