I have Realband 2017 and here are a couple of ways I do it.

1. Go to the track and right click on the track fader. This brings up a 'Set Track Volume' window where you may boost or trim the entire track volume level by 24db.

2. Another method is to click on the track name, press ctrl/A on the keyboard to select the entire track. Click on Edit at the top left of the program window and select 'Audio Effects / Gain Change' this brings up the 'Gain Change' window. On the top left of the Gain Change window select the Constant Gain radio button and enter the db change you want for your track.

Either of these will raise the level of your track. There is also a compressor you can use once the entire track is selected as in step 2 above, then click on Edit at the top left of the program window, select 'Audio Effects / Compressor' which brings up the compressor setting window.
