Thank you. With the UltraPak, you should have all the RealTracks and RealDrums (and you knew that). And there are no bonus paks involved, but did you buy any style paks? There are currently 8.
I believe you because your descriptions are clear, but let’s double check. You went into Options, Preferences, RealTracks then browsed to find the new location where you copied your RealTracks to (from off of the PG Music USB drive). And you did the same for RealDrums. Is that correct?
When you load a song and style, do ANY of the RealTracks show up? Or are they all N/A ?
Assuming these things check out, I recommend you call PG Music Support. They can review this with you. They can even remote connect to make sure your installation is correct.
EDIT re-reading, I see this is a Mac. I think the exact commands to change location of RealTracks are somewhat different than what I gave for Windows. I have a Mac but in another location.
