Simple question - which is the most appropriate forum for reporting errors in RealTracks and RealStyles?

(if it matters, I'm using BiaB 2020 for Windows, although I suppose that the RTs are common across the platforms)

Right, the RealTracks are common across versions, although sometimes a newer version is required for a newer RealTrack.
What you describe does happen on occasion. Send the file name and a description of the problem, such as a short sound file, to support@pgmusic.com
If it is an error, they will fix it for a future patch.
You might first consider telling us the name of the RealTrack so we Users can verify the problem.

Thanks Matt. It's some kind of artefact in the bass RealTrack 2284 - a bit like the noise you get when you unplug a jack lead from an amp. I'd upload a short clip but I can't figure out how to.
I'll e-mail PG music about it.

T...the noise you get when you unplug a jack lead from an amp. ...wait, I love that sound on a bass. Add some high distortion and moderate level reverb and in the right place it is pure heavy-rock!

Like a sound man not paying attention at an open mic? The bass player unplugs when the system is hot?

Oh - yes, I tried listening to it on a song, and after a bit, I heard a sound that clearly doesn't belong. It sounds to me like someone hit the music stand. One time it occurred on a Gm7 and the next time on an Fm7. Here's a very short sound clip. The click occurs at 4 seconds. www.mattfinley.com/promos/click.mp3
