Or possibly the Classic Master Limiter from kjaerhaus (spelling ?) which is free.

Did you mean for realtime live use, or for final mixes? How exacting are you wanting to get? May want a master limiter with a metering plugin behind it.
Good use of the PGDynamics plugin followed by the PGRTA can do quite a bit themselves.
