Hi All. I released a 50 song "virtual CD" on CD Baby on 1/1/20. I did mention it on a song post I did, and have had some people who were kind enough to check out some of the tunes. It has most of the songs I've posted on the forum and many others I have not posted yet. This forum has given me a lot of support, a decent following on Soundcloud, and sort of a spring board for my CD release. You can find the songs on Itunes, Apple Music, Spotify, and many other streaming sites. If you search "Me and the Moon Greg Johnson" you can listen to any songs free on Youtube. If you have any friends that like "old guy music", I would love it if you could turn them onto it. Thanks so much. Take care all, and stay safe! Greg

I just heard CD Baby was bought out by a new company. Not sure how that affects your release?

The CD Baby retail storefront is gone as of April 1. They still handle distribution and accounting behind the scenes.

Behind the scenes, how pro-active is this? I heard many musicians are now going to Bandcamp? Interested in what the future prospects are for the retail storefront if anyone knows?
