This is a great sounding Hammond B3 with Leslie and its free. It is a VSTi and can also be used as a standalone in a PC, Mac, or Linux:

Great Find!

I have multiple really nice to "most excellent" B3's (cost: free to $$$) but I could use this one for almost all uses I have and not miss any of the others.

If you need a B3 and you have very little scratch, or even bags of sawbucks, this is worth the download.

(Only one little nit but since its is free I'll not even mention what it is)

Question:

Does the stand alone version play by clicking (mouse) on the organ keys the way EZKeys pianos do? (mine does not)

(I have not tried as a VST in a DAW yet).

No, The keyboard in the upper part of the GUI is just a picture, no actionable items here either.

But hey, this sounds great and is a blast to play. grin

The only little nit that I found is that it does not save your MIDI learns from one preset to another. Maybe I could save the preset and it will keep the MIDI learns, don't know. But for me this is not a show stopper. YMMV

Hey Mario, this looks brilliant, just what I wanted. In standalone mode it barfed at my ASIO choice. However there was very little latency when using the Windows driver. The sounds are good but it looks as if it loses the Learn Midi functions.

I’ve not tried it in a daw but will later today.

Tony

Edit: got it sorted I was not saving the preset correctly.

Yes, that is my only complaint, as I said previously

Yes it keeps the midi learn if you save the preset. The trick for me was to save the preset correctly. It all seems fine.
